Hello, I got probably a stupid question but I am curious as to what exactly this part is (round disc with holes drilled in it) It is off of a D16Y7 from a 96 Civic DX. It is bolted to a bad D16Y8 in the picture though. I have tried searching but no flywheel or anything looks like it. Thank You.
