02 sensor on obd0 b16 into 89si, help??

i need to know what/how many 02 sensors i need for my b16? its obd0 and did not come with any 02 sensors so what ones do i need? i have the stock d16 sensor will that work? and do i have to use 2 sensors or can i run just 1??
