1988 crx hf rear bumper support

i just took the rear bumper cover off my 88 crx hf...the bumper was hangin down and i wanted to see why...and just as i thot the rear support where the three top screws go was rusted out...can i use a support out of an ef hatch or do i need to hunt through the endless piles of junk at my local junk yards to find another one..

CRX bumper supports are different than EF hatches, IIRC. That's a common rust-out spot, too.
