1993 fuel gauge stopped working

I have a 1993 honda civic dx.I jus bought the car and i noticed that the fuel gauge didnt move wen it was on a 1/4 full i put 10 in and it didnt budge. I think its wiring or something. Any info will help alot thanks

It's either the gauge itself, the wiring, or the sending unit in the fuel tank.
