I am helping a buddy part out his car. It was a 1999 Civic EX with a B18C swap. The car hit a curb at 30-40mph.
The engine has two spots where aluminum has broken from the impact. One is where the top bolt goes through the rear engine mount and the other is a corner where the bell housing of the tranny meets the block. In my opinion, it can be repaired and used. The trans is sold but had a cracked case in 2 spots. See pictures for engine damage. can explain via text or phone. Engine will need a fresh oil pan. And header.
Engine details : B18C. Correct P73 intake and ECU. Approx 130k miles. $1800 for long-block, wiring and ECU. Willing to listen to offers. Can facilitate shipping on a pallet if need be.
