yeah. basically, she never rode her bike anywhere in side there. there was a whole site exaplaining it.... from a tour guide or something from Ch.

Apparently that whole area is now a booming ecosystem. I read it the other day on like google or yahoo news. There are people (about 300-500) living in the area and you can even take a Russian sponsored tour.

I keep seeing pictures of what I assume is the front gate of the plant, and the "STOP" sign is in English....

I don't know...just seemed to catch my eye
