I just bought a 2000 Integra LS. It is completely stock. I have heard stuff about putting a vtec head such as b18c1/5,b16a,b17a head on it, and thats the best mod to do first. Is this right. How much HP at the fly will I have? Ground? Will I beat stock GSR's with this setup. After I do that, if you suggest it, should I go turbo/nitrous/all motor. Thanks guys, also which vtec head will I get the most hp out of, and how much for that head + install?
