2001 integra b20v swap, went to run a tach wire as tach is not working and now no start condition no spark. Relay is good as fuel pump primes, CEL comes on then blinks off. I’ve tried new coils and ignitors and got no response. With test light to battery positive to coil negative the test light with key on should illuminate and blink with cranking but light goes out when key on. I have 10-11 volts from black/yellow wire coming from distributor. Any insight is appreciated as I cannot figure out what I had done wrong
