2003 Accord EX V6 - Need a Tach Signal

I'm installing a Compustar remote start and I need a tach signal. All the wiring notes I've found point to the gray connector, Pin 23 going into the ECM but that pin has no wire. I've tested all others on that connector also.

I would greatly appeciate it if someone could help me find a tach signal either inside or out.

It was the red/blue wire at pin 30. Tests at around 6-7v AC and doesn't vary with the engine RPM.
