2005 si cluster into my 1992 civic?

Will it work or not. Cant find write up on this gen cluster. Have a chance to get one.
Just found out it is a 2000 cluster. Will def work right?

i do not think it will just be a plug and play or a direct fit. but i am really unsure about that. just to many gaps between the years.

yea it will work. i don't wanna say its plug and play necessarily, but i know it doesn't require much to make it work. the 05 cluster however, had that been what you actually were using, would be a lot more difficult. the newer clusters don't work the same way as older ones. they have a multiplexer unit that converts the inputs from engine sensors and then sends that info along a data tranmission line which is then interpreted by the cluster. it can be done, but its a pain in the dick.
