The funny thing about all this is, the 2 big cases I've heard about (the "entrepreneur" in california and the housekeeper in NY or whatever), both have been uncovered to be hoaxish. I guess they examined the recorder in the NY prius and found that just before the car hit the wall the driver hadn't applied the brakes at all? lol...
