it will fit with a welder. it will have to be 100% custom and will cost more to get it in there than its worth and it will be slow if that matters

a k24 will also work, but that doesn't mean you should do it. if you can't afford a legit swap, find a stock engine to replace it.

The older Prelude motors were some of the worst motors Honda came out with. IMO, they are underpowered and problematic.
