5 Bolt conversion on EG

I want to convert my eg to a bolt... like a type r... how do i do this perferably using type y parts...

Front hub, front LCA's, front sway bar and hardware, the rear LCA's and sway bar, the rear hub, calipers, brake booster and e-brake cables. I think you can also use some parts from the CRV. The JDM type R coversion requires you to get new axles. Doing this adds like 45 lbs to your car so it's not really worth it unless your doing it for the "bling".
