5 Lug Conversion on 99 civic hatch

I have a set of JDM Type R suspension. Can I use
The e-brake cable that it comes with on the car? It's
going on a 99 hatch. Is there anything I need to know
or replace before doing the conversion?

Any info would be appreciated.

Yes, you can use the 5-lug ebrake on the hatch.
