it's not a neon bumper that part of the 12(or 13) peice widebody kit that grounddesigns made. it's suppose to fit perfectly on a CRX and not a SRT-4.

Ok, so Ground Designs copied the front fascia of the SRT-4 bumper to make a kit for the CRX instead of using the real thing?

nope. the Ground Designs kit come out before the SRT-4.
