90 civic si keeps bogging need help!

when i start my car it sounds funny it bogs viciously and only tachs out at 3000 rpms but it will clear up and sound nice but yet it will still tach out at 3000 rpms i also burned out 2 dizzy modules i need help please

Bogging could be caused by several things. Bad fuel filter, clogged cat, bad sensor, clogged injectors, timing, ect....
Did you change the wires along with the distributor?
