hey i got a 91 dx hatch with a obd0 b16a and a pr3 ecu..my questions is on the VSS there the cable and 2 open steel hoses and what do i do with the 2 hoses?can i leave them open?

no, loop them with a piece of hose, some put a small bit of oil in there so things dont lock up.
