91 si electronic problem

i was drivin down the road today and basically all my electronics shut off headlights and taillights still work but my amp in the bak is out dome light is out cig lighter is out clock and head unit any help? checked all fuses

Checked the fuses under your hood too? Amp in the back, aftermarket sound system assuming, you have that fused under the hood as well?

so today it was rainin real bad and for some reason my radio and everything works hopefully it will work when it doesnt rain or im in trouble
