hey figured it out i traced the wires from the fuel pump and someone who had it before me wired a switch for the fuel pump underneath the shift boot. i guess so no one would steal it or something but figured it out and started up just fine. Thanks all for the help.

also check and make sure your pump is getting fire to it

very deceiving quote. I completely destroyed half of my garage trying to verify this... thx a lot AHH
