adjustable cam gears?????

i have a 5th gen prelude with a H23A vtec blue top, im wanting to put adjustable cam gears on it?? does anyone know the best cam setting for a setup something like mine????

all that depends on whether the head or blocks been decked ever and what your trying to get out of the motor

dont mess with the cam timing. pay a knowledgeable tuner to do it.

and we dont even know what your setup is??
