So i finally go back home and have a closer look at the $450 92 si hatch i picked up at an auction and found that its sitting on koni yellows and Tsudo coilovers. It also is etched on the side of the konis "adjustable". I was wondering how you actually adjust them? Also, its not running at this point so i cant actually feel how it rides but does anyone know if this is an ok setup for street use? I know the konis are good but how are they paired with the Tsudo's?? thanks

there is a knob on the top of the strut rod. Just twist it. Koni recomends that you do not adjust to full max or full soft.

if that's not recommended, why do they even bother with those settings?

I have no clue. Go check out Koni's site and you will see that they don't recomend it because it will shorten the shocks life. I think that is with any adjustable shock that your not recommened to go full extreme.
