AEM Pulleys to replace the new one how would i take off the old pulley?

I'm looking to upgrade my stock pulley's from my 1999 Honda Accord 4cyl, to AEM pulley's. What do I need to have to do the job myself? Or how much would it cost to get it professionally done? I'm no to cars so I don't know much. any help will be appreciated.
