Which one would be the best/easiest to fit on to a b21a?

ummm I don't know if any of those would...v2 wise...like they haven't even made one for a 88-91 civic/crx yet I don't believe. I would just say remount battery in back and buy a 92-95 civic one but I am not for sure where the Throttle body is located and what direction.
