well as of 9:30pm friday night i have been carless

i went for a cruise with a new car club parked the car to go for a piss and well... tadah someone drove off with my car after i just got it back from the cops

so ive called the cops and they are hoping my car does (so am i) if im lucky the insurance company will accept my claim (just got full coverage 4 days ago ) and if i do get insurance im going to buy a eg or ef

just thought id let ya all know that i might be out of the game (temporarily)

Finding out your car was stolen is never a good day .

So you get full coverage insurance, and within 4 days it is "stolen".
Detective klyph smells insurance fraud.

yes they are trying to find it....but as my imagination and previous experiences with the car is that whoever stole it already has it chopped up into almost a million pieces and it will turn up again in maybe another 10 or 20 years ^_^

i called the cops again to see if they have had progress so far....

someone showed up today at the cop shop with my licence plates and says they were found in fairfield (chop shop heaven) so that means that the guy either stole dita yes dita.......
or he is just some random who was kind enough to turn in my plates (not likely)

and for the insurance fraud i only had it covered 4 days before hand because i

A) had the money right there and then
B) because i had a interstate cruise next week
C) because it was long overdue

i called the insurance company aswell and they informed me that i probably wont get the insurance money but will probably get a refund of the 400 dollars that i spent on it

Now that just sux man ....

So you lose your car. And all your insurance wants to give you is 400 bux. If the policy was in affect when the car was stolen . Then they have to accept the claim . Unless your car was valued at 400 bux. Then I would argue with them . My girl is a insurance broker. She says that even if your car was stolen 2 minutes after the policy was active . There responsible for it . Every insurance company's policy is different . I havent heard of an insurance company refunding your money because you need to file a claim .

ahhahahahaa lol the car was purchased at 500 bucks and is worth 5k if its totally/stolen

ive only spoken to the woman on the phone the insurance company im with has a certain cooling off period (because im under 18) and in the cooling period if my car is stolen i can go to them and claim but just recieve my payment for the full insurance (i think its bs too but i shall see)

im checking it all up with my lawyer friend who is my lawyer (yes i have a lawyer) so i should know a little bit more in a few days and see what happens from there.....

if i get the money ill probably clear up most of my debt and buy a new car.....

and if i dont get the insurance money ill just buy another 86 ^_^
