another clutch ?

my clutch is kinda going too, i have a basicly stock set up but do a little bit of hard driving (power shifting, and down shifting) i am still stuck between just when it goes get my engine swap or when it goes, just get a clutch. Would a normal clutch last longer than an aftermarket one or would it be the oppisite way around?
I'd think they'd be about the same if you treated them similarly, being in a tranny that sees less than 200whp. But I'm thinking that if you've got a grippy clutch, you're not driving like my grandmomma. :D
