Anyone Heard Of "block Posting"

Looks like the idea should work, but I wonder how easy it would be to seal those holes that the posts are put through.

i think jb weld should hold it fine, it's just where the coolant goes through, it's not like there is high pressure there.

i'm gona try it when i build my d16 next month.
