i'm watching choose or lose with john kerry, and i am quite impressed with him. Now i will admit, i know basically nothing about politics, but i like his answers. His views on things are very much the views of a leader i would vote for. well, you guys have to watch it and see...very interesting.

John Kerry was standing beside a sign that said "Lower Gas Prices Fuel our Economy". Which is a huge turn around from his stance in the 70s where he was member of a group that called for an end to privately owned automobiles.

I'll wait for the debates........not sure who I am voting for yet.

Agreed. I don't like Kerry, but if it comes down to Kerry or Bush, I'm voting Kerry just to get Bush out. :p

Winston Churchell once said that if you're not Liberal at 20, you have no heart and if you're not Conservative at 40, you have no brains.

A liberal watchdog group rates politicians on a 1-100 scale based entirely on their on their voting records. The quentisential Liberal, Ted Kennedy, has a lifetime score of 87. John Kerry has a score of 89. Since deciding he wants to be president in 2000, his score for the last 4 years is a 93.

Fellas, Kerry is over forty.

And I once said...right now...that "anyone that has the first name George and the last name Bush, has no brains at all."

...funny I learned that quote (the Churchell one) from my 60yr old democratic socialist Western Civ teacher...:D

kerry needs to pick a stance on his issues and stick with it- if he could possibly be a little more decisive i'd be happy to vote for him

All President elects are over 42.

Liberal thought is very common for those at a young age, But so many liberal ideals are strikingly ignorant.

The new Smoking ban (Oh yeah... Connecticut as of last night baby), gun-laws that keep firearms out of law-abiding hands, This new "War on Terror" is a very liberal notion as well.

I've been riding the Conservative ticket since I could vote, hell - since I could think. I only ride it because I believe an armed and civil populace is important to the human race moving into the future.

On the other hand, I'm pro-abortion. Mind you, I'm not pro-choice, but pro-abortion. That kicks me out of the staunchest of Conservative circles.

I voted for Perot! Shame he isn't running again.

I love that big-eared bastard. :D I would vote for him in a second again :)

There's a Bush campaign commercial that makes me want to vote for Kerry. :)

"John Kerry wants to weaken the Patriot act that helps us fight terrorists"

Cool!

"John Kerry wants to remove some troops from the Middle East and get the UN to assist more"

Cool!

"Would you vote for someone like John Kerry?"

Based on that? Hell yes! :p

How in the hell does the Patriot act help fight "terrorists"? The only thing missing from that thing are provisions about telescreens and news-speak dictionaries.

Sorry, the last thing the government called "Patriot" was a missile, and I don't particularly like living under one of those either.

Wish I knew. :shrug2:

Yet another part of Bush's commercial that makes me NOT want to vote for Bush. :p

4 more years, why? NO BETTER CHOICE, unfortunately. Plus I think we could use another four years of making the world a safer place for my unborn children...

People who vote for Ralf Nader don't get laid
