A'PEXI Super AFC Neo

I've been looking for a v tec controller for my car for a while, and i found this one.
Does anybody know info about this product, other than the very short product discription on websites?
Is it worth buying, it is a air/fuel controller and v tec controller
what whp gains can i expect, just a guess would be nice
if i do get this should i get new fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator first(im gonna get them some time soon, but i figure i should install them before i start fo mess with the fuel/air curve

What motor is in your car and what mods do you have done?

b16a2 intake headers/full exhaust, is what i have now, but..

soon ill have bdl fuel rail, throttle body, msd ignition and mabye buddy club cams
