i have B18C 93 manual i use p72 for auto trans and my engine cut off 7700 rpm,is it ok or no.

makes sense... the auotmatics are "de-tuned" compared to the manul versions.

pick up a p72 for a manual transmission or a chipped p28

Can you do an auto -> manual swap on obd1 P72s? I know there's a how-to for P28s out there.

sure. its just a matter of faking the signal via resisotors or some shit for the lock up soldenoid
