AutoX setup Wanted!! 94 civic 2dr

I am wondering if anyone had any parts that might be slightly used or just extra, trying to find out whats the best. not looking to spend a bundle but will check out a good deal. for 92-95 civic dx,

Slots? As in slotted rotors. Hello to shittier braking
16's are heavier, higher rotational inertia, so they will give you slower acceleration and turning.
Tower bars do jack shit until you have your entire suspension done. I would look at sway bars first.
Go with some stiff shocks and a comprible tention spring.
