Axle compatibility in a B16A2 EG swap

We found out yesterday that my stock axles from my 93 EG DX automatic are too small in diameter to fit into the B16A2 transmission input thing. My mechanic says it's because usually manual driveshafts are thicker than automatics. So I was gonna order a set of 94+ teg axles, but before I do, will they bolt up to my wheel hubs, or are those different on the automatics as well? Do I need to order any other parts to make these new axles fit?

All 92-00 Civic/Integra/Del Sol/Whatever hubs are the same, axle-wise. The integra axles will bolt up.
