B series transmissions

Hi everyone... Im looking for some information on B series transmissions. Basically I want to know what options are available to me, and where I can find out more information (links/threads). Thanks

b16/ ITR = higher gearing, best acceleration
GSR (b18c1) = just a tad longer gearing than the b16 but known for the best all around b-series tranny
LS (b18a/b) = craptastic!! long ass gears, unless you're boosted it'll slow you down

I did look, but I'm new to this site so Im not very good on locating information I want. But thanks for the info and the link.
Another question though, is it feasable to swap a single gear in a B series transmission? (ie 5th from a LS into a GSR)
