B16 Harness??

I have a B16 Sir 2 complete harness with no cut wires. Is the ECU plugs connected to the harness or is it connected to some other harness inside the car.

depends on what you mean by a complete harness. mostlikely youve got enough to connect it to what your car already has in place inside the engine bay.
