Does anyone know the intake and exhaust runner information for the B16 head?

I am looking for volume (cc), length, height, and width.

Grrrr, that took me like 15 minutes. And tbh I didn't read everything, I just figured the info was here and linked it. I saw a flow chart and a bunch of small numbers and figured "fuck it"... you're a smart guy. L2google.
