B16 Resleeved Or B18 Rebuild

i have a few questions...
if i have a complete b16 swap and b18 block with a spun bearing.
would you guys either resleeve the b16 block and attach it back to head?
or just rebuild the block and attach it to the b16 head?
which would be more economical, reliable, power?
any input would be appreciated

i would choose to put that b16 head on the b18 block. the ls/vtec would have more power than the b16.
