B16A or B18C1 Into DA'? Poll!
Hey guys, I have a 93' Integra LS. I want to swap the motor to either the B16 or the B18C. The factory LS motor has seen better days and I've done all I can to try and keep her running good. But the guy I got the car from didn't take care of it as well as he could've. It is my daily driver and it sees mostly freeway duty. I am going to add a Full-Race non-A/C turbo kit to the new motor. The B16 swap is roughly 1600.00 and the B18C is roughly 2400.00 from H-Motors.
My question is would it be worth the extra 800.00 or so for the B18 vs the B16? Is the difference in displacement really going to matter awhole lot? I want 300-330whp on a good tune using Hondata.
Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
