B16A1 mystery sensor

i was hoping that someone could tell me exactly what the sensor is thats right below the vtec solenoid, its the third out of four connections down in the photo

Coolant temperature I believe.

i thought the coolant temp was located on the thermostat housing?

I'm pretty sure there's 2. Radiator fan switch coolant temp sensor and the coolant temperature sending unit that connects to the gauge cluster.

Tho I don't remember the sending unit having clip connector which is what's throwin me off.

the little one wire different looking plug is the temperature on the dash, the one on the thermostat housing is the fan switch and the one on the head is the one that the ecu reads... they all work together..
