B18a With B16a Tranny?

Ok boys, heres a thing to think about. i have a B18a1 in my 1990 CRX, it runs 14.56 with stock Tranny, if i put a B16a tranny on it, roughly how much quicker will i run?, is it a noticeable differenence, or would lightening the flywheel do about the same?

I think you may be about a 1/2 sec quicker.
