B18B1 into EF si...Questions

The car had a (bad) B16A (OBD-0) and a B18B1 (OBD-1) was dropped in and now need a OBD-0 to OBD-1 harness & a P74/75 ecu and should run or throw in a OBD-0 Dizzy and plug in the PR4 ecu and it should run. Correct or am I wrong?
Another thing if I go the OBD-1 route..What about the Injector Box at the right strut tower? Is this all done correct?
