On top of obvious quality/proven parts and a trusted tuner, I would sleeve the block, port and build the head, balanced GSR crank, turbo rods, 9.8-10.2 compression range pistons, Hondata 300 ECU, ID1000 injectors (or your preference....just big cc's), equal length non-log style exhaust manifold, and a twin disc clutch. But it would take some getting used to for daily driving. Some serious getting used to. Or at least a stg4. That would be easier to get used to.
I cannot give much opinion on what camshafts to use. But I know many stg2+ all motor cams have been known to work well on many turbo set ups. A lot of options if you think of it that way. I suggest you lurk around a few google hits with B-Turbos and see what you find. Maybe you'll find a good combo based on your turbo size and power goals.
