B20/vtec problem

hey, i am building a b20/vtec and i was screwing in the Tee for the oil line on the back of the block next to the oil filter and the top of the hole on the block busted off.

can i......

A) weld it?
B) plug it and use a different hole?
C) or do i have to trash the block?


Motor is ready to drop in this is the only thing holding me up. if anyone knows what i can do please let me know. also would jb weld hold the tee on there?i really need to get my car on the road this is my last day off. please help...
