B20b vs. B18A

I was wondering if the the B20b has thinner cylinder walls then the LS blocks (stock)?

I know the bore size is different, but if I bored the Ls to 84mm like the CRV would the walls be the same or would the B20b walls be thicker?

LS stock sleeve @ 84mm would be thinner than the stock B20 block.
