bad shake{wrong axles???}89 crx b16

I have a 1989 crx si,we swapped a b16 with a y1 tranny.I have a bad vibration and can not figure out
the right axle combo.This trans has a intermediate shaft.any help would be appreciated.

try using a local axle rebuilder,tell them to use a integra inboard and shaft with a civic 88-91 outboard.
