Block Guard

I have a b16 with 84mm Darton Sleves, I would like to be around 450 hp. Should I install a block guard while I have the motor apart or will I better off without it? Thanks

If its been sleeved you dont need a block guard.

Thank god you did it right the first time. Sleeving > Block Guard. The block guard is kind of the cheap man's solution to sleeving.

Yea i just wasn't sure if i still had to run one or not. new to the whole motor build scene.
