brake line pressure help

we changed pads on a 01 civic and accidentally loosened the line instead of the 2 caliper bolts and lost a little fluid, now after back together we have like no stopping power, is it because theres air in the line and we have to bleed it?

sounds about right. does the peddle drop to the floor. is it spongy feeling. if so bleed them. all of them.
