oh and one more thing...if you guys are complaining about getting screwed by these mail order companies....
all you have to do is write an nasty letter and or phone call. EG: i ordered a home theater system from goodguys.com.
it was refurbished, and it was marked 200.00 off the original price. when i received the order, i found in the box a lesser model than i had ordered.
so i called them and they said i had to pay the shipping to get it back to them AND that there was a "misprint" in their online website.
www.goodguys.com
they said that they did not intend to offer that product at that price.
SO, i wrote them a nice little email, stating that this was a "classic case of bait and switch" and how could such a reputable company resort to "fraudulent" actions.
THE NEXT DAY, i received a phone call from some guy claiming to be the ceo? or vice something or other of goodguys.com and he vehemetly denied it was bait and switch
and he would send me a brand new model for nothing and pay for the shipping.
moral of this story? unless you complain and be persistant, these companies will always wind up screwing the little guy in the ass.
