I was wondering if i bought a zc motor wouldnt that motor just bolt right into my 90 crx hf. cause thats the motor im leaning to.An how much do they cost?thanks

yes and no.. its a basic swap, but there will be some things you need to tweak.

zc's go for about 550-850 without tranny's

Ok so what stuff would i have to tweak.Also couldnt i run a 89 crx si tranny with the zc?

yes any 88-91 si tranny will work.

Wrong... the 88 engines/transmissions have different spline counts on the shafts compared to the 89-91. You can mix/match clutch setups to get it to work correctly, but you have to be aware of this difference when you're ordering parts.

your going to need dx or si hubs too, the axles for any trans other than the hf have larger splines and wont work in your hubs.
