Wouldn't it be same same ratio? If your comparing cars? With either weight you use.

the GVWR is the MAXIMUM the car can "legally" or safely carry
thats fully loaded with passengers fluids cargo etc....

kinda like the maximum load ratings for trucks

Go by what's on this website, or look it up on edmunds.com if you want more proof. No that is not counting the driver... how would honda know how much each owner weighs?

That is the car with all it's fluids, bone stock and a full tank of gas.
