changing tranny fluid..

ok.. i'm gonna be changing my tranny fluid here in the next day or two.. i already know what i'm using.. i'm gonna go with the GM Synchromesh.. my question is.. How hard is it to change the fluid?? something i could do myself.. any info appreciated..
