Civic 2001 power window relay

Where is located the power window relay in a civic 2001 EX?

I am having trouble and side passenger and both rear power windows are not working, and their fuses get burned when I replaced them.
However, if I removed the Power Window Relay fuse at the fuse panel, the respective power window fuse don´t get burned, I suspect the Power Window Relay is the reason.
